Pranav Mistry, speaking at the TEDIndia conference |
When I was searching for the technology updates,I found an interesting video on YouTube that is based on Technology. The video was actually done on Pranav Mistry who thinks he can connect the Physical world and Digital world with each other, that is not only limited to his thought only, but he applied that thing in real life. That detail video has been published by one user on YouTube.Pranav Mistry is the inventor of SixthSense, a wearable device that enables new interactions between the real world and the world of data in real means he says that interaction between Physical world with Digital world. The video has two parts having
part-1 &
part-2, I am including those both of the part on this post.
Some previous projects from Mistry's work at MIT includes intelligent sticky notes, Quickies, that can be searched and can send reminders; a pen that draws in 3D; and TaPuMa, a tangible public map that can act as Google of physical world. His research interests also include Gestural and Tangible Interaction, Ubiquitous Computing, AI, Machine Vision, Collective Intelligence and Robotics.
That is the first part of video that captured at TED conference. The second part of video has been also posted below.
Various demo provided includes capturing photo of anything just by making two hand close to each other. The projector placed on helmet that can be opened anytime where at the shopping centers, video theaters just simple kit will guide you what to do next.If you are going to book stole the sixth sense device will understand if you are picking up any of book, the sixth sense device automatically search for the name on the internet and it you can hear the full book from internet. You can draw or edit photograph you captured without computer.
You need not to have
iPad like technology to read news paper, you just need a news paper that will speak the news live.It will automatically tell the news. You can play game just on a peace of paper just like you are playing game on iPad.
