Windows Genuine Advantage (WGA) Notifications is the notification produced by windows XP when someone is using pirated version of window XP and when your computer has not passed through the validation from window XP,WGATray.exe application is running in the background of your system that notifies you that your system has not been passed through online validation.The validation test can be failed due to being sold a pirated (non-genuine) copy of XP, or because you have changed your XP product key to a software-generated key, or sometimes it just happens for no reason at all.
